Music lessons do more than give students new skills and an appreciation of an instrument. Studies have shown that learning to play music improves memory and attention, increases mathematical ability and reduces stress. In addition, learning to play an instrument teaches self-discipline, perseverance, cooperation and social skills. And it's just plain fun!
NOVA Music Services offers individual and group music lessons in the comfort of your own home as well as live lessons through online platforms such as FaceTime, Skype and Zoom. We accept guitar, bass, percussion and piano students ages five to adult. Students are taught skills such as music theory, technique, composition, ear training, musicianship and music history.
Most importantly, students are encouraged to have fun, explore and begin or continue a lifelong love of music.
